Registration Reminders

• Principal or Sports Coordinator must register team(s) using school account.
• Schools must attend seasonal sports coordinator meeting in order to register team(s).
• If a league is full, register for the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, Milwaukee Recreation will look to the waitlist to fill that spot. Removal from the waitlist is not guaranteed. In addition, register for your school's second-choice league in hopes of securing a spot.

Registration Periods

Registration starts at 7 a.m. on first day and ends at 11:45 p.m on last day of registration.

• Fall Registration: Aug. 28 - Sept. 8 (Middle School Cross Country: May 1 - Sept. 3)

• Spring Registration: Feb. 23 - March 6

Entry Fees & Deadlines

Team entry fees must be submitted to Milwaukee Recreation by the listed deadline. Failure to pay team entry fees by the deadline will result in your team being dropped from the league.

Dropping Teams?

Schools have until the dates provided at the beginning of each season (see above) to drop their registered team(s) from a league for a full refund and without penalty.

Fall Sports (Fees Due By: Sept. 15, 2025)

• Middle School Cross Country: $200.00 fees due by Sept. 10, 2025 for MS Cross Country
• Elementary Coed Flag Football: $150.00
• Middle School Coed Flag Football: $200.00
• Elementary School Coed Soccer: $150.00
• Elementary/Middle School Girls Basketball: $250.00
• Elementary School Coed Volleyball: $150.00

Winter Sports (Fees Due By: Nov. 21, 2025)

• Middle School Girls Volleyball: $225.00
• Middle School Boys Basketball: $250.00
• Elementary School Coed Indoor Soccer: $225.00

Interested in Coaching?

All elementary coaches and sports coordinators must apply online and pass the background check before performing any job duties. Secondary paperwork is required for all new hires after clearing their background check. All youth sports coaches must be hired before their wages can be processed. Please complete the below forms as needed, and email all completed documents to YouthSports@mkerec.net.

Team Roster Forms must be submitted ONLINE prior to the deadline given by Milwaukee Recreation's youth sports staff at the seasonal sports coordinator meeting (typically one week prior to the start of season play):

All elementary coaches and sports coordinators must apply online and pass the background check before performing any job duties. Elementary & middle school coaches are paid for two hours of practice, one hour for games, per week, per team.

Fall (Pay Period 1 - deadline has passed)
