FAMILY AND FRIENDS FIELD TRIPS

Enjoy a day away filled with fun and/or learning! Board a motor coach or school bus alone or with family and/or friends then spend a day touring interesting places. Visit a cultural center, swim at a waterpark, learn about architecture, tour a historical site or museum, shop in malls or boutiques, walk through a nature center, see unique sites, and more. We will take you to fascinating places and you can leave the driving to us. Watch for new trips printed quarterly in each Recreation Guide. Family & Friends Field Trips provide:
• Transportation via motor coach (equipped with a washroom) or school bus
• Two convenient departure locations: (Free non-metered parking onsite)
1. Marshall High School, 4141 N. 64th St. Pick up on the street next to the N. 64th St. parking lot
2. Pulaski High School, 2500 W. Oklahoma Ave. Pick up on Kinnickinnic Parkway, north of the high school
NOTE: Read the Recreation Guide for trip details. At times, other departure locations may be chosen.
• Saturday trips (unless noted) throughout the year
• A great experience for children (ages 5 and over), teens, adults, and senior adults. Children and teenagers must be accompanied by a parent/ legal guardian.
• A friendly Milwaukee Recreation tour guide
• A chance to meet new friends and to socialize
• An opportunity to spend quality time with your family and friends
• Guided tours (on most occasions)
• Maps of the area and destination
• A shopping bag and coupon book for mall shopping sprees (on most occasions). Motor coach includes ample storage area for purchases.
• 12-hour maximum time frame per trip (on most occasions)
• Food included sometimes. (Read the details for each trip.) Food always available onsite or nearby. Picnic lunches brought onboard by travelers is allowed on some trips.

NOTE: Advance registration is required. In-person registration continues for these trips after the standard registration ends. Trip fees are per person. These trips are not eligible for reduced fees. Field trips will be refunded if a request is made two (2) weeks prior to the trip. Refunds are subject to a $5 service fee. Refunds will not be issued after the trip date.
