General Registration Info.
ENTRY DEADLINE - Each league has a
designated entry deadline for those teams who played in
the sports league the previous year. After the entry deadline,
all leagues are opened up to new team entries.
LEAGUE TRANSFER REQUESTS - Teams wishing
to transfer to a different league than last year may turn
in a transfer request with their renewal contract. Teams
will be moved if possible. Keep in mind that if the league
you wish to transfer into is full, you will remain in the
league you played in last year.
NEW TEAM ENTRY - Entries from new
teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis
at the Adult Sports Office, 5225 W. Vliet St., Room 163.
A league will be considered closed when a full complement
of teams have been entered.
Free Agent Board
If an individual wishes to enter a sport league but is not
affiliated with a team, he or she may place their name on
the "Free Agent Board"
located on the web site. It is then the responsibility of
others that are looking for team members to contact free
agents to place them on a team.
Player Eligibility
Every player must be officially registered, having a registration
card on file at the Adult Sports Office before being eligible
to play.
Individuals who live in the City of Milwaukee
are eligible to play by filling out the Individual Player
Registration Card and paying the $12.00 resident fee.
Individuals who live outside the City of
Milwaukee are eligible to play by filling out the Individual
Player Registration Card and paying the $24.00 non-resident
fee.
No individual residing outside the State of
Wisconsin is eligible to play.
A player must be at least 18 years of age
at the time of registration.
A player may register and play on only ONE tournament team
unless officially released.
A player may register and play on only one team per evening,
Monday through Friday.
ATTENTION:
PENALTY FOR INELIGIBLE PLAYER(S) WILL BE LOSS OF ALL GAME(S)
THAT INELIGIBLE PLAYER(S) PARTICIPATED IN. FUTURE PARTICIPATION
OF INELIGIBLE PLAYER IS SUBJECT TO STAFF RULING.
Awards/Voucher Program: Awards will be specified
through each particular league.
